Users
The Users page provides functionality for managing user access to your AstraDoc account. It will show a list of users and their user type active on your account.
User Types
Section titled “User Types”AstraDoc currently supports 3 user types: Basic, Editor and Admin.

| Basic | Basic users have the most limited access to the AstraDoc account. They are able to create and edit Documents, Styles and Components, but may not delete them and cannot publish them either. Basic users are also able to upload and download Assets, but are not able to delete them. Basic users do not have access to the Admin area of the app. |
| Editor | Editors are able to do everything a Basic user is able to do, with the additional ability to publish and delete Documents, Styles, Components and Assets. Editors are also not able to access the Admin area of the app. |
| Admin | Admin users have full access to the app. They are able to do everything the Editor and Basic user types are able to do with the additional ability to access the Admin areas of app. |
Managing Users
Section titled “Managing Users”Users can be added, edited and removed via the Users page, only accessible to Admin users. Clicking the New User button will present the Create User modal, all fields are required when creating a new user. Once a user is a created, only the First Name, Last Name and User Type fields can be edited.
Password Resets
Section titled “Password Resets”An existing user can change their password using the Reset Password functionality, either via the Sign In page or by using My Profile page when logged in. When done through the My Profile page, clicking on the Reset Password button will send an email containing a link to reset your password to the email address associated with the logged in account.
Note: Changing your password while logged in will cause your account to be logged out automatically.
